We can assist with finding a tenant, conducting referencing and credit checks, having a property inventory prepared to protect both landlord and tenant in the event of a dispute, and arranging for a tenancy agreement to be drawn up and signed by both parties. If you opt to have our team fully manage your property then our team is on call to deal with all maintenance and repair problems, and any issues the tenant may have in the property can be resolved by our team or assessed by our team before the landlord is contacted for a solution.
We have a mobile team and find we get the best results for tenants and landlords by spending our time in the field not stuck in the office, so we’re quite happy to meet you at a property you’d like us to let, or a property you’d like to rent.
